We have tried to make it as easy as possible for you to order on the Alfred UK Store. The description against each entry enables you to select the titles of your choice. The price of each item is indicated in pounds sterling. To view prices in Euros please use the currency selector displayed at the top of each page.

Our policy is to send you your order in the quickest and most economical way. The method of delivery is dependent on the destination address, and the cost is based upon the weight of the products. You are informed of the total weight of the order, the method and cost of delivery before you make your confirmation in the Checkout section.

Once you have submitted your card and delivery details, your card will be debited and your order despatched. Confirmation of your credit card transaction will be sent, via email, by return. Notification of despatch will be sent subsequently, again via email, once your order has been packed.

You do not need to register on this website to place an order. However, by doing so, you will be able to check status of your orders within My Account.

Your right to cancel

The Alfred UK Store supplies goods on a firm order basis. However, under UK law, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 state that you have the right to cancel the contract for purchase of any goods supplied by us, providing you return them in sufficient time to reach us within 14 (fourteen) calendar days of the date of receipt. This applies to all goods supplied by the Alfred UK Store with the exception of CD, Video, DVD, software and Book & CD packages where the item has been either tampered with or unsealed.

Goods returned in this way should be clearly marked "Contract Cancellation" and you must include all relevant documentation. Please package the items securely as returned goods that are damaged will not qualify for refund. In accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you will be responsible for the cost of the original despatch and the return of the goods. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery method for return. A refund will be given for only the value of the goods supplied and subject to the goods reaching us within 14 (fourteen) calendar days of the date on which you received them.

However if you have purchased a CD, Video, DVD, software or Book & CD package and you find the goods faulty, you are advised to contact the Customer Services Team on +44 (0) 1279 828960 or email customerservice@alfred.com stating your invoice/order number and the date so that we can arrange the return and replacement of the damaged goods. Alfred Music Ltd will replace the entire package, not just the damaged component.

Orders supplied incorrectly or received damaged

In the event of an order being supplied incorrectly, or if you receive it damaged, we advise you to contact our Customer Services Team on +44 (0) 1279 828960 or email customerservice@alfred.com stating your invoice/order number and date, so that we can authorise its return to us. This does not affect your statutory rights. Goods returned in this way should be clearly marked "Authorised Return". Alfred Music will send you either a replacement copy or provide you with a full refund.

Photocopying

Please remember that it is illegal to photocopy music without a licence from the copyright owner. To photocopy is to steal from the composer/author and the publisher.
